Ausrack IP
Designed to protect network equipment in harsh environments where water or dust could be a problem, the Ausrack IP allows rack mounted equipment to be installed in an IP rated cabinet.
Ausrack IP is an IP66 rated, 19 inch cabinet system designed to protect sensitive network equipment from harsh environments. The IP66 rating means that the cabinet is impervious to dust and is suitable for high pressure water hosing. This ensures the protection of electronic equipment, from even the most difficult of site conditions, and is certainly more than is required to weather proof the installation.
If there is more than just water and dust in the air, a 316 stainless steel construction is also available to provide additional protection against many corrosive chemical, for example the high chloride concentrations found in many parts of Australia.
Equipment can be installed either directly on the EIA compliant 19 inch rack rails or on shelving inside the enclosure. This means that standard rack mounted equipment, tower PC’s, modems or routers can be all be protected to the same high levels.
Available in 8 heights, the Ausrack IP will ensure that your network equipment is kept safe and secure, even in the most harsh conditions.
